Shipping policy

 

1. Delivery

We deliver our furniture within Germany and, upon request, to other EU countries. Shipping is carried out via parcel service or freight carrier, depending on the size and weight of the ordered items.

  • Small furniture and accessories are delivered via parcel service (e.g., DHL, DPD).

  • Large furniture (e.g., sofas, beds, cabinets) is delivered via freight carrier with prior telephone appointment.

2. Delivery Time

Unless otherwise specified, delivery takes place within 4–8 weeks after receipt of payment. Delivery times depend on the product and may vary in individual cases.

We and our logistics partners make every effort to deliver your order reliably and on time. However, in rare cases, delays cannot be completely ruled out—for example, due to force majeure, adverse weather or traffic conditions, or unforeseeable incidents. Please understand that we cannot accept liability for changes to delivery dates.

Please note:

  • For orders with multiple items that have different delivery times, shipment will generally be combined unless otherwise agreed.

  • Partial deliveries may be made if reasonable for you.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping within the European Union is included in the purchase price. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply depending on the destination country. These costs will be communicated to you before the conclusion of the purchase contract.

Standard delivery is to the curbside at the specified delivery address. Special services, such as carrying the goods to their final location, assembly, or disposal of packaging materials and pallets, are not included in standard delivery. If you require such additional services, they can—if available—be arranged for an extra charge. The associated costs will be clearly communicated to you before completing your order.

4. Delivery to Your Door

By default, we deliver to the curbside.

5. International Delivery

Shipping to other EU countries is possible upon request.
Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination region.

6. Pickup

Self-pickup is not possible.

General Information on Delivery:

We and our logistics partners make every effort to deliver your order reliably and on time. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during regular business hours (Saturday delivery is unfortunately not possible).

Many furniture items have a larger volume or weight and are therefore delivered on pallets. These pallets must be disposed of by you.

We generally deliver “to the curbside.” To keep shipping costs as low as possible, transportation is carried out via less-than-truckload (LTL) freight. Further transport to the installation site, assembly, and removal of packaging or pallets are not included with this shipping method.

Notes

  • Please check the goods for external damage immediately upon delivery.

  • If any damage is found, have it confirmed in writing by the delivery person and notify us promptly.
